Question: As a young person entering the nonprofit sector, I’ve noticed that it is difficult to instill or spark change in a more transformative way. Do you have advice on making systemic and organizational changes within nonprofits, getting your ideas heard by leadership, and establishing your credibility as a young person among decision makers?

42:56
we can't separate our humanity from advocacy -- great point Kazmyn!

52:01
Don't forget that we welcome your questions here in the chat!

“rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” ❤️

Youth participation is key , although we are losing youth advocates in Africa as youth are motivated by money meaning they want to be salaried so most CSO s in Africa especially in my country of Eswatini we lack funds to cater for stipend or salaries for the youth and thus loose youth to other job opportunities. Wherelse I work for positive , different , improved and fundamental results in communities' as I am a young person living with HIV, NCDs , TB,Covid-19 , GBV survivor . I wish to empower communities through education
