question: who qualifies for the $100 billion? is it any family or are there certain restrictions ?
Ken Patterson
56:30
That would be helpful—to have the brief links
Karyne Bury
56:52
The $100 Billion dollars in emergency rental assistance is crucial, however I am curious as to your thoughts on a longer term solution to help bring about housing stability around the 4 pillars you mentioned. I think this was a brilliant analysis, particularly around neighborhood/location. This affects the future of children, particularly around schooling and their pathway out of poverty

Dr. are you tracking low income women’s health so they might not deliver before term and the baby is not under weight

As a teacher, I have seen many families go in and out of homelessness (often looks like moves between various relatives’ homes or with parents’ friends)… my question is about ways schools might help distribute or focus help for kids, is there any short-term solution which could be included in a schools-opening program?

Would Universal Basic Income be an effective policy intervention?
Karyne Bury
01:01:10
Yes! We have been in a housing affordability crisis here in South Florida for many years prior to COVID. Thank you so much for sharing these solutions Dr. Sandel!
Jim Lowe
01:01:31
Are you familiar with the sonic electrical deterrents for rodents? We have found those to be effective. Available at Lowe's or even other places where they sell traps.

Many of the problems concerning physical and mental health (lead, mold, asbestos, kumidin and rat poison) are not problems that are going to go away after the intense Covid problem. How do we link your information into the need for rehabillitation on older buildings all over the country>
