The RESULTS anti-oppression values are impressive and we must reflect on and redress oppression within our own actions and circles if we are going to maximize our impact. The attached slides are from last summer's RESULTS international conference in DC, explaining what oppression is - and why it must be addressed internally.

Yes, this chapter will meet at a consistent time each month but it is not the 1st Saturday of every month. We will discuss shortly.

The first Saturday is the RESULTS United Webinar time DFW-RESULTS will be meeting typically on the third Wednesday of the month at 8:30 PM ET

As an unintended consequence, I think that the skills we will master in this committee will be very helpful to the DEI committee to do the internal advocacy as we move toward more DEI within DFW.
