When housing vouchers were introduced to phase out "public housig" it was widely embraced. Now it is harder & harder to get landlords to accept vouchers in "safe and good" neighborhoods. The personal support systems are harder to maintain and families have new struggles they weren't expecting.

Sorry, let me clarify. Regarding the Houston Metro at large—vis-a-vis, the “inner-loop”, a term known throughout the area, I have influential donors and contacts within said area.
